Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before scheduling your appointment. By submitting your inquiry and completing payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following practice guidelines.
The standard consultation fee is INR 3,500 for a one-time consultation. Each consultation session lasts up to 60 minutes.
Patients can opt to pay an additional INR 3,500 for a Premium Priority Booking (making the total payable amount INR 7,000). This places your booking in a prioritized queue.
The consultation focuses on understanding your medical history in detail and discussing the most appropriate dietary and lifestyle modifications for managing your metabolic condition.
Important Note: This consultation does not provide a standard dietitian-style structured daily meal plan. Instead, you will receive clear, detailed guidelines explaining exactly what food sources to consume, what items to strictly avoid, and the physiological rationale behind these recommendations.
If Dr. Kishlay advises you to undergo routine diagnostic tests during the initial session, a follow-up discussion to review those specific test results is included without any additional charge. This review is fully covered under the initial one-time fee.
No ongoing follow-up consultations or daily chat support are included beyond the initial session and the diagnostic test review.
If your condition requires ongoing guidance, continuous queries, or regular metabolic tracking, you will need to enroll in a Monthly Supervision Plan.
Please Note: The charges for the monthly supervision plan are variable and not fixed, as the complexity, requirements, and supervision frequency differ for each individual patient.
Normal Appointment Bookings: Due to high patient volume, there is an approximate waiting queue of 60 days after your payment is received before your live slot is scheduled.
Premium Priority Bookings: If you select the Premium track, your appointment will be prioritized, and you will be contacted within 15 days of payment verification.
